DAIRY PRODUCTS
We purchase dairy products from the Cloverleaf Dairy in Guthrie Center, IA. The Sheeder Family Farm uses no extra hormones and milks happy grass fed cows! Check them out at:

MEAT PRODUCTS
All beef is produced on the Niess Family Farm in Osage, IA. That farm has been in the famly since 1927, and raised quality beef each year since. Pork sausage and ham is purchased proudly from Graziano Brothers in Des Moines. The Graziano family has been offering the best Italian sausages and meats since 1912 and came highly recommended by one of our guests. We also purchase pork products from various local shops in the metro area.
FRUITS AND VEGETABLES
When in season, we use organic tomatoes and peppers grown in our own garden. We have also planted raspberry bushes, blueberry bushes, and grape vines that will help provide fresh fruit in the future. Des Moines grocery stores and farmer's markets help provide us with fresh locally grown fruit and vegetables as well.
